Your order is delivered within 7 to 15 days of ordering. Every piece is made to order, and the estimated delivery date is shown on each product page. Remote areas and customs clearance can occasionally add a few days.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can follow your delivery with that number on the courier's website.

We ship with trusted express couriers such as FedEx. We choose the best carrier for your destination.

A signature may be required on delivery. If the order is sent to someone else, such as a gift, a signature at that address counts as proof of delivery.

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also check out with PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Yes. Payments go through an encrypted payment gateway, and your card details are always encrypted during transfer.

For orders shipped outside the United States, the destination country may charge import duties, taxes or customs fees. These are not included in the order price, are set by your local customs authority and are paid by the recipient.

Eligible items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Pierced earrings (unless faulty) and custom-made, modified, personalized or engraved pieces are not eligible. Email hello@clairediamonds.com before sending anything back.

The item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as you received it. Please include the original packaging and any diamond certificates. If you return your order in full, please also return the complimentary gift unused and in its original condition; otherwise its retail value is deducted from your refund.

Custom-made, modified, personalized and engraved items are not eligible for a refund. Pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.

Customers pre-pay return shipping. For items over $200 we recommend a trackable, insured service, because we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

In the rare case of a defective or damaged item, we will replace your order. Email hello@clairediamonds.com to request a replacement.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

We first share a CAD design for your approval, then images and videos of the diamond. Once you approve, our craftsmen make your piece, and we send final images and videos before it ships.

Yes. You can add your engraving details when you place your order, or email us before your order ships. Please note that engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Yes. Contact us within 48 hours of placing a custom or modified order to cancel it. After 48 hours, a cancellation fee of 15% of the order total applies. If your order has already been dispatched, our refund policy applies instead.

Custom-made, modified and personalized pieces are not eligible for a refund. If a custom piece arrives with a defect, we will remake it for you. Changes requested after you receive it incur labor or remake fees.

Yes. Our product pages use US ring sizes, and the chart on our Find Your Ring Size page shows the matching size in other international scales. The same page explains how to measure your finger at home.

We offer a one-time free resizing within the first 30 days of purchase, up to one full size up or down. Some designs cannot be resized, and in those cases we will offer an alternative solution.

Gently scrub the stones with a soft brush and warm, mild soapy water. Rinse thoroughly in warm water and pat dry with a soft, clean cloth.

Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, working out or sleeping. Take it off before applying lotion, perfume or hairspray too.

Store it in a cool, dry place in the box or pouch it came in. Keep it away from direct sunlight and humidity.
